Every year afaik.

Have a look here --> https://www.nationaltransport.ie/taxi/statistics-and-legislation/ under statistics.  Goes back to 2013 or 2014 depending on how you look at things  8)

They're usually pretty bad at archiving stuff so kinda surprising they keep the data public.
