@ RC - cheap web hosting?

At some point in the distant past, you mentioned a cheap webhosting company and I said to myself I should remember that.  And I bookmarked it.  But alas...
Who do you recommend for webhosting at the moment?

http://www.gotonames.com - ideal for setting up a website, domain registration comes with free hosting, basic but fully functional, ideal for low traffic/development.
https://www.siteground.com - used this one for a few years, one of those that lowers the price as you go through the motions of leaving the website without making a purchase.
https://www.hostingireland.ie - the one I use for this site, there are cheaper options but it's Irish and customer support is second to none. Also, we've had no significant down time since I switch to it about 3 years ago.
