I can then see them changing the rules from a PPJ to a weekly frieght. When the recession kicks in, and drivers have to find 100 euro plus a week, that's when the fun will start this is why I am always urging drivers to take back control before it's to late.

Honestly Daly they could do it tomorrow and probably get away with it.Many of us are no longer able to work without it.Lads who used to work just the ranks have gone 100% app.

Next year(febuary I was told) we're definitely getting mandatory card payments so it might pull some work back to the ranks but it's hard to tell.If someone takes cards that automatically makes them more traceable.

That's another thing I believe should be strongly opposed by drivers is the facility to offer card payment. I gaurentee anyone who offers such facilities at the moment, has seen a decrease in their takings is tips

Well Bob the only reason the use of credit cards became poplar in the taxi industry in the first place was, because the dispatchers introduced it. This is yet another example of the dispatchers guiding the way things will be run in the future, but at least on the planet zog we run our own affairs

Not if you ask them, on cabapp it asks you to add tip i always make sure its in the customers hand and let them decide to tip or not, 8 out of 10 do probably because they are embarrassed not to  but fukk em
