Look at Softbank and WeWork.

john m:
Saudis are investors in most start ups .Watch Softbank with the Saudi Oil IPO they will under write it with Saudi Money so it dosent fail like WE Work .How was an Office rental business that did not own the Buildings get a valuation of 66billion .First they had to get leases ,Insure the Buildings maintain them but not own them .Fools and their Money .Office space is a fading business with a lot of office workers working on a lap top from home .Reason why Leo wants to spend more money per internet connection in Ireland than anywhere else on earth .
