Title: Best Taxi App??

Hey everyone! A person with mobility challenges will be visiting me soon and we intend to do a tour of Italy. Uber is unavailable so I would like recommendations for a similar Italian app or multi-city service. Will the app allow me to keep a credit card on file? Thanks!

My older not so young lad used Uber in Rome a couple of years back. Highly recommended, he only had six or seven hours to kill between flights but thanks to the driver's help and advice he managed to take in quite a lot at minimal cost. I guess Uber where available and use ranks or mytaxi in other areas. Of course you will come across quite large towns in Italy with no taxi service whatsoever which is a bit of a culture shock for a lot of us... the locals just walk, cycle, drive or use buses.
