horse broke down .I know a lad owned a leg they were informed the first two in the betting were not up tomuch and the pre market second fav was withdrawn earlier so they decided to go for it .I had a score EW at 100/1 and laid the fave @ 10/11 for 80 euro .That bet I sent you the other day is now 1/1 Keane is now 12 clear of the field .

Unlucky. Woulda gone to Kilbeggan on Sunday if I knew it was on. Ended up visiting Clonmacnoise... an abbey in the back end of nowhere. In fact it was like an episode of Fr. Ted... as we paid our (discounted) €20 admission one of the ladies on the counter told Mrs. Catcher about the "holy tree" (I kid you not!) which was a short walk through the open gate at the far side of the new graveyard... yes, I did say open gate as in open to anyone including and excluding the mugs who paid a score or more at the front entrance!
