Hmmm, govts are turning against Airbnb - they don't take in as much tax when people come on cheap holidays.
And I read more and more reports of people getting scammed on Airbnb - if that continues, people could stop using them?

Would you rather rent out a valuable asset to reaponsible tourists, or see it devalued by HAP tenants?
It's a Free market after all.
