Don't think there's any new companies to the market....i rang around at my last renewal,18 yrs claim free,no PP....still all around the same price,i wouldn't bother me bollox jumping ship for €50.....i got a quote from one of them that was about €100 cheaper...but when i asked what the deposit and 9 monthly payments were...it worked out about €100 dearer than AXA....fukin hilare!!

Few drivers in another site say if you go direct to the insurers and bypass the brokers there are decent savings  to be had

Here is something I raised before and I STILL  cannot understand it. In 2015 a hit and run driver hit me causing 1346 euro worth of damage to my car.I went through the correct process of claiming from the MIBI.after a long time, and upon invistigation by the Gardai, they eventuality paid out.now here is my question .WHY AM I BEING PENALISED FOR AN ACCIDENT THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT.loads of companied, and brokers wont quote me because of the payout.this is fukkin crazy.whats the point in having insurance.even when your not at fault they dont want to know

DM we are dammed if we do and dammed if we don't.

It appears a claim for/against us is a claim. Ridiculous I know.

Has anyone got taxi insurance with liberty ?They're about 30/40% more than my current insurer. Why do they advertise PSV insurance if they don't want to be competitive?

it's the mafia daly.
remember marlon brando in his study in the godfather.
a poor cunt pays him protection money his whole life and thinks he has some credit with marlon and marlon will help him out.
me bollocks he will.
