Girl from the Greens knocked today she says the Greens are looking for 10c increase on petrol and diesel 20 euro increase in car tax and a congestion charge for Dublin and staged tolls for the Motorway infrasttructure .She alsowants the household property tax to be increased to pay for water and insulation .

No Hal they are on the Knocker Had Shinners and Profit from the People as well in the last few weeks .They are building houses at the top of our road so they are both for and against it depending on what you tell them .They were talking about a playground I suggested as more people had cars why didnt they build some service pits to allow drivers work under their cars.

Don't think that is true John, just unequally divided/distributed. In a Utopian vision several advocates have claimed that there is an abundance in the world for all, it just needs enormous cooperation and unity as humans, and not as citiizens of self serving/protecting countries. Bit like the taxi racket when it comes to a unified vision.

I actually think he is kinda right. When lent was on years nd years ago we collected money for starving kids in Africa. There is still starving kids in Africa.
Band aid didn’t solve the starvation issues years ago either.
Why is that not both parents have to work where as years ago only one parent needed to work? Although the household has 2 incomes they have more outgoing as there is probably 2 cars, he kids need minding etc etc etc.
