Nice touch by the council......to become 5 again if the Dubs win.

And hopefully we can tell Kerry to go hang their bollox from it lol
-
What a fucking waste of Household charge cash .
-
Nah, that'd be funding rural Men's Sheds where they discuss the finer pints of cottaging and felching.
-
It's only a few lightbulbs. The corpo lads do feck all anyway.
-
As a game?...Meh!

Its the cost thats the issue, a cherrypicker, one man to change the buld, 5 cunts to stand around him plus one cunt with a Johnny blue in his mouth breastfeeding a shovel.
-
Put that on hold....till the 14th!!
-
Blessed to still be in with a sniff in truth. Kerry had their number tactically and the ref had definitely read the press in relation to his past "mistakes" reffing Kerry games. A dull enough game with few reasons for any Dub to crowing this morn.
-
I watched a bit of that match yesterday....what's the story with not playing until on they get a result? Is it a long tradition or a money grab by the GAA?Do any other sports have this?
-
Replay and if level at 70 mins, then extra time. Used to be that if they were still level then it meant a second replay. Not sure if that old rule is still in place. It seldom happens that there's need for extra time anyway. Dublin and Meath played 4 times in the 1991 Leinster Final........thing of the past.
-
If Dublin can keep 15 men on the field on the 14th....it might be a different game....either way it'll be a busy Sat night!!
-
Possibly, but I'd be less optimistic about their chances. Kerry had them sussed from backs to forwards. Fenton's midfielding prowess was nullified by Moran and Barry. Thought O'Callaghan looked frustrated up front...no decent ball coming in and the big issue all over the pitch is a lack of height....built for speed and stamina. Only thing is that they have experience in the tank......had to endure a bedraggled professional Dub expert all the way home on the Luas..........he hadn't a scooby about the game....smell of fags and Olde English.
-
Completely choreographed, MfH. I think it's the only significant replay of the season. How our cynics and conspiracy theorists didn't see that coming is beyond me. I guess the final will be restored to its (recent) traditional slot on the 3rd Sunday of September?
-
Yeah, this August beginning of Sept for finals lark isn't working for me,it used to bring us nicely into Oct...where the trees are stripped bare of all they were!!
-
Works better for me, anyway. I was off this weekend, decided I'd work the replay instead.

So ye got a few Bob on at 14/1?
-
No.... mug's game.
-
The last Sunday of Aug or first Sunday of Sept is a permanent fixture now for the All-Ireland....brought in to facilitate club football and to appease working parents. In fact, with the proposed changes to the calendar the Sam could well be won in early Aug if the provincials are scrapped. Someone once said, you can please some of the people some of the time.....etc.
-
.. but it will be the 3rd Sun of Sept again this year, right?
-
Sat 14th Sept....date of replay.
-
LGFA or Ladies GAA final is on the Sunday, I think....Dubs v Galway....
-
Didn't the womens final get moved one year to facilitate a mens final replay.or summit like that....and there was uproar....before metoo was born?
-
Don't know........thought that was over the impostor Pope visiting last yr? Anyway, the GAA have fuck all to do with the LGFA...2 separate
businesses organisations.
-
Maybe that was it...but I know there was uproar.
-
No, just checked you're right....the Pope's arrival meant they had to defer the Duns v Tyrone by a week....can't remember the yr of the womens debacle but Cork were going for 10 in a row I think.
-
I'm pretty sure I saw a professional dive yesterday during a tackle.I thought the GAA prides itself on not being as dramatic as the soccer queers?Kinda spoiled it for me TBH.
-
They have their own nutritionists and hairstylists...what do you expect?
-
They need a better punishment system for fouling/diving.Instead of a yellow card you lose one boot.Instead of a red card you lose two boots and so on.
-
No coincidence half the Dublin panel drive Prius's....all part of the theatre behind sport.
-
Wont be long before the Guys are getting paid, sure if the GaGa can sell out to Sky Sports anything is possible
-
They're well paid, at least in Dublin.... yet Govt still see fit to subsidise gargle in their clubhouses.
-

The Dublin PANEL I know drives a van!! 8)
-
I stand corrected..........Subarus not Prius's. They all got one in the post after signing some sponsorship deal.
