Dropped a fella this morning told me a story It sounds ropey but might be true .Have any of you heard of this .He was clamped on a double yellow paid the release fee then contacted the clampers looking for a refund or verification that it was Lawfull to clamp a car on a double yellow .He said if a car is parked on a double yellow it must be towed .Double yellows mean absolutely no stoppig or parking and by clamping a vehicle on a double yellow preventing it from being removed the clampers are complicit in the committing of a crime .He said he got a refund .

How much did his legal fees cost?

What if there is no towing and park on a double yellow

What if there is no towing and park on a double yellow
probably they need to inform the guards who will issue a ticket .but that wont get wages for clampers
