Wouldn't like to be a passenger in this guys taxi, even his attitude to disabled drivers is terrible

Think it's a Renault fart so wouldn't be a huge amount of them around in that area

It takes a long time for a tyre to get that bad.I'm surprised he couldn't feel it at the steering wheel.
