Below is the list of the top 10 Irish towns with the most pubs per person:

Liscannor, Clare
Feakle, Clare
Lifford, Donegal
Waterville, Kerry
Doonbeg, Clare
Castlegregory, Kerry
Cong, Mayo
Knocktopher, Kilkenny
Ballyvaughan, Clare
Sneem, Kerry
Interestingly, Liscannor in Clare tops the list with one pub or hotel for every 26 residents! On the other hand, Greystones has the highest ratio of people per pub with at 2,750 people per pub.

Pub culture is dying a death. All over the country pubs are closing while towns are expanding. The only men who can save our pub culture now are the Healy Raes... no doubt bringing back drink driving and ashtrays before "closing" time will be top of their shopping list as a Govt is formed...

Look at the Greystones Number Poor cunts up to their Eye sockets in Mortgages car or train fares childminding .No Pub in Tyrrellstown either or Adamstown only the one in Lucan Nua The Penny Hill .Heard Louie Fitz bought the Gondola in Newcastle a few weeks ago .But as you say the Pub culture is dead My clan dont Pub they have mates over or go to mates gaffs .
