Great to see China,for the first time,have reported no new cases.I dont know what the significance of this is for the rest of the world,but it sounds encouraging anyway.

We'll see. No real info as to what it is Dalyer....some say it's a severe flu...others let their minds run away with them. Hopefully, they'll tell us....if they know themselves that is.

Maybe I'm just being extremely optimistic,or maybe its just wishful thinking,but I think the scientist are making much more progress as regards a cure then they are letting on.they probably just dont want to build people's hopes up

Get the fuck out from behind those dark glasses and take a fucking look No better country than Ireland to fuck children stick them in orphanages evict them onto the streets .Ireland is a fucking cesspool its every man for himself always was always will be .The cuntology of how great it was in the past when we had nothing and we shared it is all about the first line we had fuck all to share .We bailed out the banks they fucked us out of our homes and politicians and people allowed it .When everybody had to pay Bin Charges or water charges we protested but when the family next door to me was being fucked out of his home I didnt give a fuck cos I was allright ,thats the Irish attitude to overcome problems .

John ,of course your right to express your anger at both church,and state for the wrongs that were done to people .but there comes a time when we have to turn the page,and hopefully begin again.I believe there is genuine remorse amongst the clergy for the sins of the past,and I also believe the politicians are sincere in their desire to bring comfort to those worried about domestic bills etc.I hope and believe when this is over we will see the emergence of a new society .a society that genuinely cares about each other.I believe this is virus is nothing then a kick up the arse to the world for turning its back on what really matters in life ,and loosing sight of the important things

Did you forget about 1916 and all the men who died in the name of freedom for this country? we were treated like animals for hundreds of years by the British and we never gave up the will to be free. we became one of the richest and best countries to live in the world and still are. we are a great country and I wont hear any different from anyone on the matter.

I agree .peoples greatness can be measured by how well they respond to a call for national support from their government.when it comes to that kind of aid,looking after your elderly neighbours,etc the Irish have never been found wanting in that regard.long may our caring nature continue,and hopefully after this virus passes it will consolidate a new found belief in ourselves to always be available to those less fortunate

I have seen people waving at me the last few days who wouldnt even look at ya a few weeks ago, there is generally a great sense of community these days here among a lot of people, excluding the vulchers who filled two trolleys of toilet paper for themselves.

That's not camaraderie mate...that's fear of a common enemy...this shared "community" you speak of is an illusion when it comes down to (if it ever does) you or them... to say that there's a great sense of community within a hospital ward is akin to ignoring the obvious fact that they're all there against their will. Don't fall for the big lie....there is no community when it's a battle for survival...unless, you want to be the only Christian within a den of lions......my next positive-thinking podcast will be coming from Windy Arbour at 6 pm.
