All are wheelchair vehicles. The breadvans refer to the lower end of the market. Barely fitting one wheelchair or four passengers.
Average price 12K, whereas VW transporter is often North of 40K.

WAV'S; Wheelchair accessible vehicles.
WAT; Wheelchair accessible Taxi.
BREADVANS; Originally called 'Naan vans' with Naan being a type of Asian bread, they were 100% WAT's like the Peugeot Partner, Etc and most usually driven by some of our new recruits from Asian countries (with generous grants). Since renamed more simply as Breadvans.
WHEELY BIN; That one has been around a long time, it basically stands fer any type of non saloon multi-seater Taxi.

No worries DM. ::cheers
To add WAV's are not nessicarily Taxies, they could be Hacks or Limos or even privately owned.
The older fashioned way to describe a WHEELIE BIN would have been a 8 seater minibus but over time that has come to include all non saloon multi-seaters as the WAT's (with the grants, and the saloon moratorium got more popular).
