Having trouble with a swolen knee think it is fluid on the knee as I hurt it before christmas very sore to walk on anybody got any remedies or exercises for reducing it .

I'm delighted you brought this up. I have artritus, and degenerative bone seaside in my right foot, and it's a cunt trying to walk. I got some stuff called tumeric anti inflamitory in Holland and Barret. It might help you

Believe it or not I have never taken any sort of Drugs .A good friend of mine OD the day before my 21st and out of respect to him and his family I never bothered .

Two diaifine and two solpadine and I off up Arthur Griffith park with the Dog .I did about 20 minutes the other day on the bike that is fitted to a turbo trainer probably to much for a lazy fucker who hasent walked a mile since Tenerife last year .

Whats the diet been like--too much spice ,garlic ,food with lots of preservative ?

Think that you surely need to take the pressure/weight of the knee John, but I'm sure that you know that, and that it doesn't start with exercise. Hand to mouth restraint.

On the knee thing I have the same problem. I got menangicoccal septicemia (an actual real thing) a lot of years ago and part of it was my right knee swole up like a balloon. its never really been the same since and lately it's been really bad . and my left knee is beginning to sympathise .. seriously though I feel like I've aged twenty years in the past few weeks .
Vitamin D helps a bit with pain and the swelling as does keeping moving and not kneeling

Exercise seems to have worked doing a bit of walking and cycling ,need to do a lot more .Drinking and eating to much .
