I love all this really.I love dispatchers raising commission.my theory is,if they raise them enough, you will tell them to fukk off, start operating independently, and realize ya never needed these cunts in the first place.I really really really wanted covid to take a few of the cunts out of business, but alas it was never going to happen im afraid.

I think we all know at this stage Dolly that you hate dispatchers and FN.
Your only upsetting yourself
-
20% isn't bad. Free Now are going to 24% soon.
-
Nothing to complain about
Sure wont it all be spent to get you more work
rofl rofl

Once the ring is in the nose....you can drag it all over the place.....
-
Once the old drivers are gone out of the game, FN have no problem, as the newer ones will accept it as the norm
-
It will be interesting to see, who on here will still use it, when it goes up to 20 percent or is 25 the new cutoff point?
-
As bob says, new drivers will see it as the norm and accept whatever FN demand.

And Ken.

But sure he openly admits his admiration of them now.

I dont think its really about commision for a lot of drivers,I think some of them need a sense of belonging who were used to the PAYE sector, and cant deal with th responsibility of being self employed, and making decisions.some people just need to be told what to do,while others resent being told what to do.thats not a criticism, just an observation

It was reasonable when it was 10% when they changed it to 12% i got to hate the app and all it stood for then they got even more greedy and as soon as 15% was mentioned i hit the delete button, its a pity more didn't do the same but most cant see past the next fiver

Like Bob said already the new lads won't care about percentages. If they can clear X amount a week they'll keep covering the work.So as long as Freenow keep bringing new blood into the industry any complaining from us will be largely ignored.

I think they were in the majority but they're dropping like flies now that they're at retirement age.
You'll struggle to find anyone working the city who paid big money for their plates now.

They have their pensions and worked spreading the virus because they get bored at home.
