Is it possible to sell your meter and printer if you were getting out of the game,and who would be likely to buy it.I would be getting SDA to remove them,along with my door stickers,would they buy the meter and printer do ya think ?

it was brilliant about a decade ago when you could sell your entire heap as a package to someone as a ready to go taxi.
I think that's how kenny got his break.....and I think that's why they overhauled all the rules afterwards.....

Just detatch printer and remove...Take the fuse out of the meter and use hot soapy water to pull the stickers off..

Daly if you were gonna sell the car anyway and it still has a couple of years life on it you might get more for it as a taxi including the meter installed.Maybe you could rent the plate too if you were bothered.

you can "will" the car to someone for €5000. Complete taxi gone. A lot of lads have done this over the last few years. Don't know if it's worth the hassle but it's a way of getting a few euros back.

Dollymount keep the Taxi its not going to cost you more than 30 a week over ordinary motoring costs .Boredom is the real killer .You need to vent .Taxi is therapy on wheels just work if and when you want to or need to .Give it a year or casual labour and see how it works out for you .
