Title: Body Work
Post by: john m on November 03, 2020, 11:55:37 am
Back from the Doc after a check up and Blood tests .Doc says be carefull sitting around .You need to get out and exercise and get sunlight .He says a lot of older over 50s are loosing bone density and muscle due to lack of exercise and lack of sunlight is leading to lack of vitimin D and skin rashes .He says we should be walking at least half an hour a day drinking at least 2 liters of water to flush out our systems .He recons joint pain in the Knees Ankles and wrists are signs of muscle wastage ..He says why do you think they have exercise yards and Gyms in Prisons .So the advice is exercise daily for your head your heart and your health .

Great exercise and fun.

I walked down the street and saw a man with a mattress strapped to his back.

I stopped him and asked what it was for,

He said “you know my father always said I should have something to fall back on”

They used to say that Joan Collins had one strapped to her back, in case she met someone she knew.
