Here is the horrible moment that a poor helpless pizza delivery driver was allegedly robbed and attacked in south Dublin over the weekend by a gang of children.
The disgusting incident is said to have happened on Saturday evening in broad daylight as the worker drove to Tallaght to deliver food.
A gang of at least 15 children were hanging around at the scene in Killinarden when the frightening ordeal is alleged to have happened with four youngsters seen approaching the driver upon arrival.
In the video - which first surfaced online when flagged by Instagram page Eire Ends TV - the horrible gang are shown surrounding the worker near a set of cars.
Following a hard-to-watch scuffle, one of the children is then spotted sprinting away with what looks like a pizza box followed by the rest of the cruel group.
Tallaght has become a hot spot for these type of attacks in recent years.
At the end of 2019, the future of Domino's deliveries in the area was in doubt after five drivers were attacked in one single week.
And in April of the same year, Tesco curtailed deliveries in a small number of areas in west Tallaght due to anti-social behaviour.
It is claimed that drivers have apparently been 'intimidated, robbed and even shot at with a pellet gun' while on duty.
Sinn Fein's Sean Crowe said at the time that Tesco's decision will "make the wider community and the most vulnerable suffer".
He said: “Having been approached recently by a number of these residents, I wrote to Tesco Management to see if they would consider resuming deliveries. The reply was a negative which is extremely disappointing for residents.
“While I recognise there is ongoing policing challenges in some areas, this is, in my opinion, giving in to a minority of criminal elements and making the wider community and the most vulnerable suffer. The residents impacted by this decision deserve better as do delivery drivers going into any Tallaght estate.
“I was hoping that Tesco’s would be show some flexibility after this length of time and I suggested that they might consider making deliveries early in the morning or during daylight hours but this suggestion has also been ruled out by Tesco management.
“There is clearly a lack of confidence by Tesco Management in the ability of Garda Authorities to police certain estates. I am also concerned with the very real possibility that other suppliers will take a similar approach.
“In response to this, I have asked Senior Gardaí in Tallaght to liaise with them and see if can they be persuaded to return to carrying out deliveries in safety to all areas of my constituency.
“I believe a proven template does exist for tackling many of these incidents. Local residents working together with youth groups the Local Authority, public representatives, local leaders and the Garda Authorities can reduce and resolve many of these incidents but needs imagination and a more proactive approach.”

What do a gynecologist and a pizza delivery driver have in common?
It's okay to smell it, but if you eat it you're gonna get fired.
