According to SW pup arrears are to be payed out next Tuesday and the bobo the following week.
Anyone know what arrears this is.

The arrears arose if that mehaul cunt cut you to €250/week on foot of your 2018 income and you subsequently made a return for 2019 necessitating a PUP revision to 3 ton or 3 and a half ton.

You think so. I was on 350 until the change. Got back to 300 after 11 weeks. 11 x97 would be brill.
But on my My Welfare account it shows opening date of 14 March and first payment in May.
Will I get the back week s at 350.
Or maybe both.

If your 2019 return got you back to €300, that's the rate the back pay will be calculated at... from the date that mehaul cunt cut your rate.

It's to do with the beginning of the payment in march. This extract is from moneyguideireland.com yesterday:
Pandemic Unemployment Arrears are Due to be Paid to Majority of Claimants on December 1st
Since the start of the Pandemic Unemployment Payment, no one has been paid any arrears. For example, if someone lost their job on March 6th, but didn’t get a PUP payment until April 1st – that first payment would have been for only one week. That person is owed 2 weeks arrears.

I'm interested to know what days of the week the payment runs.... I signed off work on Friday 20th march. My first payment was Tue 31st (the following Tuesday week). If it runs mon-sun, or tue-mon, I think I should be entitled to arrears for the Fri-sun when I first signed off. I can't find anywhere that says what days it runs between. I have it in my head that it runs Fri- Thur, in which case I'm banjaxed.

Can they ask you to return the Return to Self Employment Grand if you sign back on ?

They previously said no arrears will be paid in respect of delays in submitting or processing claims. The instruction at the time was to consult your local CWO. After that Mehaul cunt universally cut rates they said arrears will be paid where rates are subsequently increased on appeal/revision.

Saw a big sign on the billboard at the shops yesterday...It says PUPS are not for christmas...ya wont be getting money

PUP arrears gratefully received this morning. However we must not forget that all these payments will be hauled back come next year, by the taxman.

Depends one how much you're earning. If you're not earning and haven't given away your tax credit there'll be little or nothing to pay.
