I was on the little rank outside PWC on the north wall last night.I was there for a good half an hour.suddenly loud aggressive knock on the window.there was a copper wanting to know was there any reason I was parked where I was.I said yes,im standing for hire.he more or less told me to fukk off out of there ,because I had no besiness being there.then I pointed out to him it was an official rank,and I had every right to be there.the reason I could not pull fully on to the rank was because his colleagues had parked on the rank,and prevented me from having access to it.he nearly got sick when I told him this is a taxi rank

Daly what were ya working there for anyway?There's not much around there.PWC are all working from home.The Dail is beside you and it's empty.All them apartments are a hive of benders.Not really your scene.
Surely there can't be that much work coming out of that little boat restaurant?Copper probably thought you were up to no good.

What’s a rank ?
Years since I parked on one of them.
Often seen people standing by one of those ranks and they pull out their phone and order one.
Ranks are so 70s.

well I use that rank a bit,but sometimes when someone does come off the boat looking for a taxi,some other fukin taxi is usually coming down from the 3 arena and gets the fare.the punter wont cross the road if they dont have to,and I wont do what most drivers do,illegally stand for hire outside the boat
