I read an article earlier that said taxing the PUP might be unconstitutional.

I doubt it's unconstitutional. Tax returns are always submitted in retrospect. Clutching at straws to find a way of putting food in childers' mouths in spite of that Mehaul cunt cutting puppy dole and wage subsidy payments?
