If Amateur sports are banned in England .Then Amateur jockies Like Patrick Mullins and Jamie Codd wont be allowed ride in The bumpers .Will Willie Mullins or Gordon Elliott get Frankie Detori to ride their bumper horses .Willie Mullins always uses the best available jockies so expect Frankie or Holly Doyle to get the call .
