So after calling the NTA every week since early january asking if and when it the WAV21 grant scheme would commence. Each time I got the same response "We have no information on the WAV grants for 2021".
I went ahead and applied for a WAV licence and had it all done and had the suitablilty booked for tomorrow.
Only to wake up this morning to an email with the NTA SPSV Industry update that announced that the WAV21 grant scheme is available from the 1st March 2021 until November 2021.
I called the NTA and cancelled the conditional offer and suitability test.
I will have to pay for the new application and to get the meter reprogrammed, the roofsign and doorsticker numbers changed but definitely worth all the hassle to get the grant.
I would have been a sick bunny if I had completed the application.

Did you used to have a saloon plate but packed it in to do Limo work ?
