I think the drivers have to email a picture of themselves wearing a mask ken.

To me it kinda read as; "We can access the drivers camera to see if they are wearing a mask ?".

Yes once you log in you've agreed to their terms and conditions.
As far as I remember we give Freenow permission to use our camera and microphone when signing up.They need access to the camera for uploading documents.Dunno what else they use the rest for.If you've nothing to hide then you've nothing to worry about.
