Can't figure his personality out yet, whatever about his football expertise, and my only capacity for judging his football expertise is if we keep winning.

I know the new man has little or no experience in the professional arena but unbeaten for two consecutive games is pretty impressive in any man's language. Long may it last!

Even at the height of the Charlton years I don't believe there was much realistic expectation of "us" winning any silverware.
