Declan the Cunt has been released .We call him the Cunt because he is a sex offender .Anyway I hear he has set up a new business .If you dont fancy taking the Vaccine he will get a Junkie male or female to take it for you so you can get the cert .He wants a ton gives the Pincoushin fifty .He recons Junkies wont mind taking a load of vaccines they are use to getting needles and taking dirty brown .I dont know I would trust him with my PPSI number he will be using them to register with Doctors to get perscriptions .But is there really a way to get somebody else to take your dose so you can get a drinking licence ?

The man is thought to have visited a number of vaccination hubs in New Zealand over the course of a single day, according to a report by New Zealand news website Stuff.
New Zealand this month launched vaccine passports which are required for entry into some high-risk venues.
The man’s behaviour was branded “dangerous” by Astrid Koornneef, a group manager for the Covid vaccine programme in New Zealand. She said the culprit’s behaviour could have long-term implications for all of those involved due to their inaccurate medical records.
