There is one clause that the court may use to keep the convicts locked up.

There is also a previous Supreme Court judgment that allows evidence to be admitted, even if a person’s rights are breached, as long as that breach was inadvertent or in good faith.

One of your examples is about money that can be taxed and the other is not.  Which one do you think is more important to the EU?

What about Brian Mehan he was done mostly on hearsay and mobile phone data that put him on the Nass Road ? There is another issue that might be linked about illegal surveilance .The Car the Monk was traveling is was bugged and it also left the Irish Juristriction to travel into Britain and we know the reputation of the RUC when it comes to Chain of Custody evidence .That Judgement might open up another can of worms about how you can obtaine evidence .

No he won't get out
Other evidence against him

The main evidence was/is the phone tracking masts that placed him where he said he wasn't.
