I got this latest FN quest fer a 15 Euro Bobo on Sat night/Sun morning thinking that it meant what it said, as in COMPLETE 5 jobs between 1am and 3am to qualify fer the Bobo.

So I took a job which started at 12.54am and COMPLETED it at 1.04am, thinking that was 1 in the Bag !

Along the way of my First job I took a Follow-on job that started at 1.06am and I completed that at 1.14am thinking that I now had 2 in the Bag !

I checked my FN Quest score at 1.22am (as time-stamped in opening post) to see that I was still on Zero out of 5 jobs done, even though reading their T & C's I should have 2 jobs done ??
It would seem that jobs ACCEPTED before 1am and COMPLETED after 1am DO NOT COUNT !
Also it would seem that Follow-on jobs DO NOT COUNT !

I prefer the slightly cleaner and fully traced app work out in the Southern burbs rather than trying to pick the most sober scrote from within the 'Jungle', quite often what I pick from the street goes Fookin northside which I Fookin hate !
At least with FN you get to see the all-important destinations so as to stay Southside !.

3 euro a job is only a little bit more than the commission they would have gotten on the jobs.You should really be asking why the offer was so stingy in the current climate where taxis are turning their apps off completely at busy hours.
It was a shite offer.If they reduced their commission they might have a chance getting some jobs covered.Intead they prefer to go on the media and start crying out for more drivers like yer pal Vinny.

Always thought the advantage of having a roof sign was picking up off the street.
Reminds me of Hackney drivers years ago, streets full of work and have to drive to pick someone up.

Turned it off about 11 oc its a fucking shambles .You are on a job and the screen is swamped obliterating the map with an offer for twenty seven thousand miles away from where you are you reject and the screen freezes then you cannot recieve any other work until it resets .Also having trouble clearing the screen if you go to input a fare on a job with no destination .The thing is a mess not worth the effort 5 jobs between 1am and 3am running all over the town to get them covered just work Finches or Ballyfermot you will make more in tips than the bobo and your work is appreciated and commission free .

All in I took 12 jobs, first 2 didn't count, after that I got 1 Meaty job and 5 completed shortish jobs + 4 cancellations or No-Shows which I didn't hang around fer when they did not answer the phone.
That would be about a normal night fer me, the Bobo was just a bonus !

Buy a decent NEW iphone and getting a decent vodafone Red plan might eradicate a few of those problems.
Trying to do it on the cheap with a cheap phone and a cheap plan can cost you more in the end !

The cancelations are a cunt .You dont bother your bollox waiting the 5 minutes you sort of have a feeling for it if they are there or not .I put in for my first scrub in about 4 years on Friday the customer entered the pick up and destination in reverse .I got them to cancel after I arrived .You sometimes see it on the pre booked page the same pick up and destination entered multiple times I ignore them .You dont know if it is a group of people or everybody in the party looking for a taxi and first come first served .Hotels are another cunt you turn up go to reception girl gets you the customer you load them up press that you picked them up and you have the wrong customer find out the good job you covered has left with the lad in the car before you .

I have neither a cheap phone nor plan The app is a mess in Dublin .It is designed by retards .The UBER app is the Gold Standard .If Free Now was run by professionals not deluded chief executives they would licence the UBER platform .I do less than 10% of my work on Me Taxi as it is rubbish not worth the hastle .I havent entered Dublin City Center to look for work after 11 Pm in about ten years .Im what you use to call a Taxi Man I can smell the work .Last night Green Isle Hotel Crumlin Utd gig and daytime Holy Communions others were sitting around waiting on Crying Corkmen or Limerickmen to head for the train .Having said that Munster Rugby Supporters are great Sportsmen terrible to see them being abused by their club because some youngfella wanted to sing in their field .about 40,000 of them in Dublin yesterday .

You are right about the job accepted before 1am, but I don't see how the follow on job did not qualify, maybe it took time to update. By the way it was €40 in Dublin.

Nope ! It did not take time to update, the Follow-on job was never counted in my FN quest score.
I know it's only 'Small potatoes' but FN should set out the correct T & C's in advance like;
Jobs ACCEPTED before 1am and COMPLETED after 1am DO NOT COUNT.
Also that Follow-on jobs DO NOT COUNT.

I got the €20 bonus on Friday.
Saturday I was one up, then got a job from the Killer to Monksfield in Clondalkin, followed by a street job from Boomers to Moorefield, then to Ballymun. I ended up on three FN jobs, so no bonus.
40 blips in each direction was ample compensation.

I'm not too sure about that Hal ?? I do remember getting a job years back from the Aer coach going to the southern burbs at close on midnight and needing that job done by midnight to complete me Bobo, I gave the customer some 'Blarney' and cashed them in leniantly on account at 11.59pm well before their destination.

I'd be the same, fer the sake of the 15 quid Bobo I won't pass any street work in the burbs, this Bobo offer suits my working practise perfectly and I usually make it as my ease, even if there was no Bobo I would still make well over the 5 FN jobs in those hours anyways.

It used to be any job starting before the deadline counted for priority and I think it still does,they might be acting the bolo with the bobo- as I don't qualify for any so I don't know.
