Brits are going to introduce a new People Smuggling bill .Anybody traveling into the UK will need an electronic visa .If you are caught transporting a person without a visa you can be fined £2000 per person .This will apply to Coaches,Trains ,Planes ,Ferrys that travel into Britain .What will be the story for taxi drivers who cross the border will they be fined if they drive somebody without the proper visa over the border as in bringing somebody from the USA to Belfast airport to catch a flight .The issue was discussed in the Seannad yesterday .Irish Citizens will not need a visa to travel from Republic of Ireland into the British Part of the island but we might need a passport to prove we are Irish when we travel to the North and taxi drivers could be fined if they dont make sure their passengers have the required visas .Dont know who will be checking these visas but if you can be fined £2000 per person transported without a visa .Taxi driving around the border could get messy .This was supposed to happen after Brexit but was delayed on the Island of Ireland to help keep the border open but the British are now looking at imposing the restriction to travel in Ireland .

If you don’t secure your vehicle, and you’re found carrying clandestine entrants into the UK, you’ll get a fine (also known as a ‘civil penalty’).
You face a fine of up to £2,000 for each clandestine entrant you carry. The vehicle’s driver, owner or hirer can be fined.
The law applies to all arrivals into the UK, including from European sea ports and on the Eurotunnel Shuttle.

The Right Honourable Sir Geoffrey Robinson MP has resigned from the Northern Ireland assembly less than a week after being elected and given his seat to some friend of his .So that must mean he is staying as an MP because there wont be any NI assembly to be a member of .If the Brexit back stop/Backpassage deal is broken and the rules change then .You can see what the Irish Seannad were warning about people smuggling if a taxi driver brings somebody over the BORDER into Great British Part of this Island .

The Brits are starting to build a wall. Like they will not allow the crap that we allow past our borders, infiltrate their Anglo Saxon and Commenwealth crap? This is not my view I was forced to say it……. C:-)
