They still have some of the tents at T1 so there's not as much space as before for vehicles.

And a load of demented yellowcoats shouting at me to keep moving, to God knows where, when your pax is waiting to tap his c card, just in the middle row at the pedestrian crossing, and telling me to look at the queue of cars behind me.

Just keep smiling at them Bob they really haven't a clue what they're doing out there.
I came into DAP as a passenger a couple of months ago and the staff kept directing me to the official rank to join a queue with hundreds of other waiting passengers and not a taxi in sight.It was the middle of the day too.Got a taxi from departures in minutes.

Had a guy in the car recently who did a stint for a "consultancy" firm up in DAA, really a "time and motion" guy, who told me that he crunched the numbers for DAA, and told them that they could increase their income from taxis 20 fold with barrier tolling. He conceded that he hadn't costed the infrastructural changes required to implement same.
