Keane, who said he had pursued two previous personal injury claims and obtained €22,500 damages

I love reading stories like this. Hopefully someone falls getting out of his taxi and he gets brought to court because a passenger "hurt their shoulder and neck"

I saw another article about yer one from Bluebell who was a passenger on a Luas who got 70k compo after a collision with a taxi,claimed the taxi insurance....why didn't the Luas jam on to avoid the taxi!!

Maybe the taxi ran a red light or just appeared suddenly?  In one of the cases where the Luas passenger lost, the judge said the Luas couldn't be stopping for every little thing as it would get nowhere.
