Got my electricity bill today... €200 (inc VAT) credited by Dr. Leo and €50 credited by Electric Ireland. Cost of living crisis my arse!

Dr Leo will reduce the Duty Cut on Diesel and Petrol .You will give him back that Deuce and some .

It was a temporary cut, erm. Wholesale energy prices are back to or below where they were when Russia attacked Ukraine so they aren't required going forward. In any event, when we consider what the Ukranians are going through I'm sure you will agree that increased diesel prices is a small hardship for us to bear.

Any news on when the rationing will start?

The Ukrainian issue is self inflicted .The Clown killing his own people to amuse the Americans .How much longer do you think the West will support this meat Grinder .US are known for marching backwards or quitting .If this War was a Football Match they are only in the Warm up phase the referee hasent blown the whistle to start the contest yet .

  Its early in the Contest we have been lucky with the weather thanks to Global Warming .When Vlad hits one of the Ukrainian Power stations and criples the Electricity supply demand for oil and Gas to generate Electricity Will lead to rationing .Give it time .

Not that early in the contest. Your man in the know - who told us there'd be no Paddy's day parade last year - told us it'd be last September if I remember correctly.
