Have a look at the light, it's daylight. Plus, the cops are motorcycle jockeys, who only work during daylight hours.
Either way, the plate is 19033, so not you TG.

I don't know if the Merc van is a cab, we'll find out soon enough.

It's not a place you'd park your taxi unless you lived there.  The kid on the motorbike fukked one of his own and will probably regret it.  He'll probably have to work overtime selling drugs to pay the bill.

Probably. It's certainly better tuned to our natural body clocks and, as such, arguably has inherent health benefits.

I was talking to said gentleman up at premier pitstop (max Taxies)this morning.
The bike hit his door,and the fire melted his bumper and front light.

I guess he could swap out the rental if he himself is OK. I'd still pay a G.P. a visit to be safe.
