If the Greens get their way, they won't need to drive.  Instead they'll need to take classes on how to balance shopping bags on their head while walking.  And what a red light means when you're on a bicycle. 

Actually, strike that, they will need a driving licence to drive out to Blanch and Liffey Valley shopping centres because they won't be going into the city centre!
