What a stupid idea.

I've seen deliverpoo electric cyclists doin 50 mph an sum them scooters can do the same ...

Cutting the speed limits on back roads rofl that isn't where the fatal accidents are happening. brainless stuff.
A N plate driver passed me and 2 other cars out lately coming up to a bend at the same time, if a car was coming the other side of the bend, it would have been a horrible site, I was doing around 75 kmph, the N plate guy was going at least 100 kmph easily, probably more like 120 kmph.
my dash cam didnt pick up his/her plate as it was getting dark, lucky for them, I was the middle car of 3 they passed out, they had the chance to pull in between me and the first car but kept going on a continuous white line right to the corner in a small opel corsa.
That is the sort of driving that kills people, they need unmarked cars on the road to catch guys like this an when they do catch them they need to deal with them properly. m
I thought they were going to cut regional roads to 60 kmph and national roads to 80 kmph but I dont think they are now thankfully. is that right?

Ban phones and apps would get more results.

New EVs have screens that we use to call televisions with apps and maps stuck in the front of the car .Tourists and Taxi drivers looking at the satvan and ignoring the block wall straight in front of them .Badly maintained roads and Flower arrangements on Roundabouts blocking your vision .Speed is not the only issue .

True, phone use is off the charts now, its more unusual to see someone not using their phone while driving now.

Good point on the sat navs, in my town there is a one way street that used to be 2 way, I still see people drive up it the wrong way even though there is around 4 signs saying its one way.
Lack of Guards on roads is a big problem.

This service is available in the UK, therefore it's obviously available here:
https://www.lgscooterrepairs.co.uk/remapping (https://www.lgscooterrepairs.co.uk/remapping)
Enjoy more power, without sacrificing reliability
Whilst many scooters have good performance in their off-the-shelf format, there's always room for improvement. I am able to boost the performance of your scooter using specialist software designed for your make and model.
The procedure is carried out with care, and is designed to enhance the performance of your scooter without compromising the safety or reliability of your vehicle.
In general the performance of your scooter's speed can be boosted by as much as 7-8 mph, which can make all the difference on the own roads and streets.
Remapping available from:
Adult's scooter - £35
Children's scooter - £25
I will discuss the options you have in your remap before starting any work.
Please note that performance may vary depending on the make, model and age of your electric scooter. Not every make or model will be compatible with my software; you are welcome to get in touch to double check.
Remapping may affect your warranty, so I advise reviewing the terms and conditions of your warranty before choosing to have your scooter remapped. With the higher achievable speeds, user safety is more important; please ensure you equip yourself with adequate protection.
Your go-to scooter specialist
I work with scooter owners throughout Oldham, Manchester and the wider area with their remapping and tuning needs.
As well as getting more power out of your scooter, I can also ensure it gives you years of trouble-free use. I am also available for servicing, repairs and tyre replacements. From top to bottom I can take care of any part of your electric scooter, ensuring you can enjoy it for many years to come.
Get in touch today to book a remapping session, or for a quote on my other services.
