For false advertising?
Apparently, and I've never experienced it myself, a new driver can earn €1,300.00 a week for a 40-hour week.
Now, as a thirty-year veteran, how and where do I apply?
-
Earn up to €1,300 a week. Probably someone did it once a few years back and that covers them. Having said that, that's 13 jobs/day x 5 days x average €20/job so it might be possible if you really really put your heart into it for a week?
It's 'clever' advertising. I just got a message from them that they've arranged 3 months of free Spotify for me. But I'd get 2 months for free if I joined as a regular punter. So the deal is not as good as it sounds.

You're good at sums Watty. What would be left out of that unlikely figure of €1300, for a new driver following the App only?
Remember, he has virtually no local knowledge, only a by-rote quiz pass aided by a corporate FreeNow shill.
-
The most important thing for me is bus and TV adverts are expensive. We're paying them way too much commission.
I keep getting a message that ambassadors earn an extra fiver an hour.Everytime they push more work at the ambassadors Uber is giving me work. They're shooting themselves in the foot by picking favourite drivers.

A newbie might have the energy and enthusiasm to drive like crazy for a couple of weeks to make that sort of money? And FN would probably give them special priority so they'd keep at it until they're 'brainwashed' enough?
I got another message from them about a new bonus 'starting soon, just click here'. They're messing with our heads and they probably have some way of measuring all the gobshites who fall for it.

I reported that thief of a taxi driver in Barcelona to Freenow, as he told me they told him to charge me 75 euro for a 17 euro fare. they said
Thank you for your message.
I am very sorry for what happened.
First of all, it is important to clarify that taxi drivers are not our employees, in fact FREE NOW works as an intermediary between passengers and taxi drivers.
If you want to submit a complaint, we recommend you to go to the Barcelona City Council, as we remind you that the taxi is a public service.
In any case, we will take note of your comments and provide them to our quality team.
Best regards.

Tell them "For €500 I can have the driver shot".

They probably mean take rather than earn. That's a little over €30/hour. I doubt anyone averages less than that...
