Nestlé Ireland has announced a proposal to close its baby formula plant in Askeaton, Co Limerick, putting 542 jobs at risk.
The company said the Wyeth Nutrition factory would close in Q1 of 2026, and its research and development centre would shut in Q1 of 2025.

Think a lot of Farmers got caught when Dereg removed the Milk Quota invested in more cows and land .Now there are to many Cows .Sound familiar .
