Title: BOLT ASSiST Waive WAV Commission
Post by: silverbullet on February 06, 2024, 02:46:40 pm
Crip Trips Go Free:

In response to the feedback from the Bolt Assist drivers, all the trips within this category type across Ireland will be commission-free from 5 February until the end of 2024.

We do this to support the Bolt Assist drivers and ensure convenient and accessible trips are available to more people throughout the country.

Technically, drivers will still see the commission applied to their earnings. But they will also receive a 13% cashback, fully covering this fee.

In addition, we will be implementing a revision in our passenger cancellation fee across all categories in Ireland, raising it from €3 to €5. Moving forward, passengers who cancel two minutes after the trip is accepted or fail to be at the pickup point within the first three minutes will be subject to the increased cancellation fee if they choose to cancel. These changes will be effective starting from 5 February 2024.

If you have any questions, please contact our support through the app.

Best regards,

Bolt Team

Will that apply to cash jobs as well?  >:D

Does that sentence make sense or am I dim?  You turn up, wait 3 mins, and if they don't cancel, then what?

I'm reading that as any WC job is commission free, NOT all WAT jobs.

I'm guessing that WAT's do about 10% WC work ??
So prob save a Score a week on commission ??
