It's the politicians who make the law and rules. The charity commissioner is just enforcing them.
You have to draw the line somewhere. I'm sure she's legit but what about those leaflets you get through your door at 4am looking for clothes donations for poor children in India or wherever. Or what if the right-wing or Nazis starting an unofficial collection on O'Connell St for the poor white children etc etc.

I was disgusted that I donated my late Mam's clothes to those showers of East European c**ts. Little did I know they were also pushing their kids into clothes recycling banks to steal donations too.
The clothes are mostly shredded to make garage rags!!
