One of the drivers is lying flat out on the floor & not moving at 2 mins & 3.30 mins and nobody seems too bothered about him.

They probably couldn't see him in the dark

There was more attention been given to the two cabs than the bucko on the ground.

That was probably the position he was in when the other car hit him!
