Post by: John m on July 23, 2024, 08:23:43 am
Watched a lot of the Tour De France Fella that won it is a superman best cyclist on the Planet possibly ever .But he has decided not to go to the Olympics .A lot of the TOP cyclists did bad in the Tour .Makes you wonder are they checking for different Drugs in the olympics than the ones they check for on the Tour .Have lads had to change their perscriptions .You do a 14 hour Gruler sitting down in your taxi it knocks the bollox out of you .These lads cycle uphill from here to Belfast and get up for work early the next day ?

I guess you had to take something after eight hours in the saddle. Your arse would be like the Japanese flag.

Heres a tip from Green Amen
If the points of your sit bones are hurting just ride more, it'll stop eventually.

If literally anything else is hurting (tailbone, soft tissue, etc) your saddle is positioned wrong or just straight up doesn't fit you.If you ride more use Vaseline or a good lube. Front and back.Whatever you prefer.Dont be put off.You will find satisfaction in the long run?
