Uber offers drivers jobs fifteen minutes away during periods of high demand and from inaccessible areas.
Clogging up your phone screen. It's best to turn it off during times of plenty.
15 minutes away from the northside is O'Connell Street.
"Vanilla Pop Bland" Coldplay audience seems to drive to the gig, With one partner of a couple not drinking.
Traffic jams @ 00.16 on Finglas Road, Ballymun Road, Drumcondra Road, Grace Park Road, and Malahide Road.
Is there any wonder the taxi rank in Raheny was full of empty cabs?

Same with all these jigs. Stay well away. Free Now was the same for me last Thursday evening and last evening, offering scores of jobs - some with some derisory share of the surge fee (max €8 of the €100? charged) - around Drumcondra and Ballybough from as far away as the heart of Coolock. However, I guess we don't whinge about being able to dodge fares going to such events thanks to inclusion of the desto on almost all job offers... so I guess it's a tolerate and take situation.
Another point of irritation is the Zone 18 offers. I don't have a permit to cover those jobs or any interest in covering them. Last evening, once past the turn to Northwood I was inundated with Zone 18 offers. Makes one wonder how many halfwits were bogged down in traffic in D9 when one could snatch any desto of one's choice from DAP. I got Skerries from T2 within 4 requests... commission / parking fee free!

I should have guessed the demographic.
Middle-aged parents trying to relive their youth by going to a gig.
One driving, one drinking, saving money on taxis while paying a small fortune in cash to babysitters, then driving back to hellish satellite towns "Within easy reach of Dublin". 8)

Quite a broad demographic judging by the destos on the offers I was rejecting. Lots of offers going to it covering most of the corpo built ghettos on my circuit... Aslan done a guest appearance although Christy didn't take part on account of being deceased... they always had strong support from so called rough working class areas. Quite a few down from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland too judging by the traffic on the M1 after it.

Imagine all those terrible shaky videos recording the concert are now stored on a server in a data centre in Coolock.

Are they the biggest selling act in HQ since Garth Brooks?
