Wrong again. As evidenced by various local hostelries, punters are consuming vast amounts of Bugle, which in turn allows them to consume vast amounts of alcohol, particularly after all-day sessions like funerals. The publican's wet-dream.

Not evident on my circuit. Back when I started driving a cab a busy night generally entailed ferrying folk to and from the boozer. These days it's centered around drug runs. The number of pubs per capita has also significantly decreased through those years.
