What's the odds apartments are going in?  There's quite a plot there from Cathal Brugha St to Parnell St (Fibbers) and Marlborough St (Welcome Inn).

Think the owners have already said a resurrection on the cards maybe like John said,someone burying something by the looks of it as it was a busy enough place with kids.
