Title: Do you Think Other Taxi drivers will cover the newly proposed FN 'No PUC' jobs ?
Post by: Belker on February 12, 2025, 01:59:02 pm
Two Polls currently running on here, this one is about how you Think Other Taxi drivers will cover the newly proposed FN 'No PUC' jobs ?

(The results as always will be shown to all, but your personal vote is confidential, as in no one not even me as the Poll starter see's whom voted fer what.)

I think we all know Free Now's fares are too expensive. In fact, that's why I don't use them as a rider. Obviously, we'd all prefer if they could reduce fares without reducing driver wages but I guess that's never going to be on the cards.

Despite significant surcharges for EVs on that platform, SB has suggested that's what his clients are demanding. I'm not sure how much of the surcharge goes to the drivers but the fact that clients are prepared to pay it might, at least, give Free Now scope to exclude EV drivers from taking the hit on proposed discounts to the rates it pays drivers?
