Title: Car driver high on fast gas

I see more and more motorists driving around with balloons in their mouths, inhaling nitrous oxide.

Would you report them, or is it even illegal?

Probly inhalers .... the air has bean shoite the weekend .... asthma sufferers an apes wir bad lungs tings ... told ta stay in doors ...

There's about eight empty fast gas nitrous oxide] cannisters on my road. If you run over them it's no laughing matter. 8)
