Title: WAT driver nearly takes out pedestrian (Reddit video)

Saw this video on Reddit.  Looks like the taxi driver sped up and nearly knocked over the pedestrian, who had to jump in the bushes to save his life.  One of the commentators said the driver stopped 500m down the road and came back on foot.  But serious stuff if the video is real and not faked!

Was it a tinted driver?
