Maybe a 'Sports and Gambling' section similar to the one that Watty set up in Roy's Rolls.
Some of us love a gamble or a chat about sports in general, but it dosen't fit in to any category on here.
And delete 'Memory lane'.

Any chance of an update on what words are allowed and what words are disallowed ?
I posted a few tales on here and it can be a terrible pain to constantly get the "406 Not Acceptable" reply.
The hard part is trying to find the exact word which caused the "406 Not Acceptable" response.
Vulgar words which I don't use like 'fuck' or 'cunt' or even '[]' are fully acceptable,
while simple words like 'c a s i n o' or 'v i a g r a' are banned !

It's a domain level control imposed by our ISP. I'll look int it and revert.

Only got round to contacting them an hour or so ago. Response so far:

We do apologise for the inconveneicne caused.
We can only whitelist the rules as they are triggered as turning off modsec on the account is not something we can do on a shared server. We need to check the logs to see which were triggered recently. It's difficult searching these logs without IP addresses but I found another rule which was triggered today, which I have now whitelisted.
I am not aware of a comprehensive list of modsec trigger keywords but I will ask a server technician tomorrow.

Hi Stephen,
Apologies for the delay in replying.
There isn't a list of words to provide unfortunately. However I have whitelisted a number of rules that relate to content such as that referenced in your first mail.
The security rules are updated regularly so you may experience the 406 error again. If you provide the IP address of the user who experienced the error this will greatly assist in tracking it down.
I'm hopeful the change I have made this evening will result in fewer of these errors on your site.

I once used the word niggardly in a post and was called out for racism .Unfortunatly the educational retard didnt understand the meaning of the word the tight fisted git probably didnt own a dictionary .
